1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 222ba ("we", "us", "the Platform", "222ba"). By accessing the 222ba website at https://222ba.app, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 222ba platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, falsifying payment records, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, using automated scripts to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other exploitation of promotional offers.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

222ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Legal requirement or instruction from a competent authority

8.1 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 222ba will send a notification email prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. After 18 months of inactivity, an administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any requested verification steps.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

9 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Severability
